Signing in with Discord
You sign in with your Discord account. The hub only receives your Discord ID and name and, during the closed test, the list of servers you belong to, to check your access. It never receives your email address, password or messages. The Discord authorisation is revoked as soon as this check is done; only your Discord ID stays linked to your account.
Running the service
The hub uses account information, nicknames, avatars, preferences, friendships and invitations to identify you, create private rooms and remember your settings. Presence indicates your availability.
Games and memories
Participants share drawings, answers and game results. Archives, albums, levels, badges and cosmetics preserve memories and progress. Shared archives are available to authorised participants, not a public gallery.
Browser storage
Your browser stores language, preferences, colours and favourites, as well as session and recovery information. This version has no active advertising or audience analytics tool. Any future aggregate measurement will be described before activation.
Known retention periods
Word history uses up to 400 words per player and language over 30 days. Game recovery is limited to seven days; obsolete recovery records are progressively removed after checking the archives. General retention periods for accounts, archives, logs and backups will be specified before launch.
After account deletion
You have 72 hours to cancel the request. The account and its own data are then progressively removed. Other participants keep shared drawings with their original nicknames and avatars; links to the account are detached. Older backups are encrypted and deletions are replayed during restoration using the deletion journal.
Your requests
You can download your data and request account deletion in your profile. Requests for access, correction, objection, restriction, portability or erasure will be handled under applicable conditions. Personal information within a shared memory requires a specific review. You may also complain to the CNIL.
